Product training is conducted at all levels of retail and distribution. Each session is customized to the specific manufacturer and customer. From a class room setting with a PowerPoint presentation to working behind the counter with salesmen one on one our goal is to make sure everyone knows the ins and outs of your products. For customers that want to do training nationwide at the same time we also do video conferencing.
H&G will also take training to the field with range days either sponsored by the manufacturer or the customer. These include the Gander Mountain Shoots, Scheel’s University, or simply an H&G range day to train local dealers and their sales associates.
H&G Marketing employ’s simple hand outs to the latest technology to get your message across. All of our representatives carry laptops with training presentations on them. Many are also using iPad technology. We like to leave a custom print out with our customers so they can refer back to the training information whenever it’s needed.
